Scheduling

Printed Materials - It can take two to three weeks for the design, proofing and printing process to be complete with another week for mailing to get to mailboxes. If you want your piece to be received in mailboxes two weeks prior to the event, for example, it is then a good rule of thumb to allow six weeks for the process from submission of this form to the date of the event.

Digital Advertising (email, social media, etc.) can be completed more quickly than printed materials but time is still needed for design and proofing, as well as coordinating with other digital advertising and the optimum day/time of the week. Please allow a minimum of three weeks prior to when you are requesting the advertising be released.
