Clinton (CCC), Muscatine (MCC) and Scott (SCC) Community College offer you the ability to complete a Foundation Scholarship application online. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
Important Information
- Please read all instructions and complete the online application carefully.
- It is the applicant's responsibility to see that the scholarship application and their references are received by the deadline.
- A student must complete a scholarship application for the semester he/she wants to be considered.
You are responsible for making sure your application has been submitted properly
- Stay on the webpage until it displays your form results.
- Check that you have received two emails. One titled: Scholarship Application (for Your Records): Your Name and one titled: Scholarship Reference Request
- If you have not received an email and you are not shown your form results - YOUR FORM HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.

To be considered for more than one scholarship, do students need to fill out multiple applications?
Send only one application even if you qualify for more than one scholarship. Every attempt will be made to match available scholarships to your specific situation based upon the detailed information you provide in your application.
Are all scholarships based on academic excellence?
Some scholarships are based on academic excellence. Others are based on factors such as financial need, residency, leadership, program or area of study, location in which you live, or other requirements.
May I use a word processor such as Microsoft Word to prepare the Activities and Goal statements below?
Yes, any word processor may be used to prepare those statements and then you may copy and paste them into the text boxes below. Remember that formatting from the word processor will not be included when you paste your material.
